This meal can be made in bulk and lasts in the pressure cooker for 2 or 3 days. Just set to 5 minutes to reheat each time. As opposed to a 30 minute pressure cooker setting, a 4 hour slow cook setting can be used, as the flavours really merge together in beautiful synergy. This meal freezes very well and can be portioned and defrosted overnight.

Health Tips
- Any vegetables can be used, chopped into chunks
- Fish (such as wild salmon fillet for energy, mood, hormones, brain and heart support) can be substituted for meat.
- Fresh produce can be substituted for canned goods, ensuring that chickpeas and lentils (or other beans) are soaked overnight beforehand.
- Coconut cream can be used instead of sour cream.
- For vegetarians and vegans, please note Mary Lou does not advocate soya in any form.
